“Christianity is not just a way of looking at certain things,
but it is a certain way of looking at all things.”
“The real voyage of discovery consists not in
seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.”
To define Christianity as seeing a few things in a different light is too selective. Viewing all of life from a Christian perspective offers us a greater understanding and comprehension.
2 Cor 5:17 “17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
Rom 12:1-2 “12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
If we as Christians can look at all of life in a
manner different from the way the world sees it,
we have taken a giant step forward!
– Tom Butterfield
May we all try to see things the way God the Father sees them.
